I gave four stars bc the guy I originally spoke with acted like he didn't really want to bother with doing my tattoo. As I had a 5 o'clock appt but he knew that and had someone in his chair. so he sent me to Kelsey who did a great job

White tattoos for a dark skinned person usually fades very quickly. White is a comic that doesnt work well with dark skinned folks. Yes..3D tattoos can be done.
