He's Honest , Fair and has many years of training under his belt ( 30 + yrs) I've done my homework about /on the coaches there , so choose wisely who you want as a trainer/coach !! Do I buy the gloves or they provide it

Training sessions are only and hour but you choose wat time you want to train. However you can come and go as you please as long as you’re a member

Golden gloves is a tournament people train for years to join you dont receive a glove you have to fight the best of nyc for one
