I had a wonderful first experience at Polished Nail Bar. I had walked by so many times and finally decided to give it a try. I set an appointment for two: one basic gel pedi package and one polished package. They responded back within the hour and had us set to go! The basic gel pedicure package is something you could expect anywhere you go but the polish package!!! Omg it was the works: mask, scrub, paraffin, etc. I would highly recommend that package when you want to treat yourself or your special someone! Low key jelly I didn't see myself up with one 😂 Looked like lots of regulars there and talented nail techs. The client next to me had super fancy bling going on. Luckily for me, the salon is a walk away. DT parking can be a nightmare but there is street parking and a couple garages close by.

I came here the last 2 times and it was a horrible experience. They take appointments even without availability so expect to not get the design you want or they may just send you home after waiting 25 minutes for your appt. Why not just say no availability when someone asks for an appointment? So unprofessional. Fake promises just to make money so now I have disgusting nails for a wedding just bc they couldn’t be honest and say no availability. I could have gone somewhere else. Do not come here especially before a special event.

Such a shame! I've gotten my nails done here one other time and it was awesome but this time I scheduled an appt and waited 30 mins until a nail tech got started on my nails. The nail prep and gel x application was painful. Seemed like she was in a rush to get me out the door. The end result wasn't great and I didn't have more time to get them fixed. All the nails are streaky and the non colored part are unevenly squared off when the pic I referenced were round. I paid $110 with no tip because that's just too expensive a price for messy results. I feel like I had a really simple design so be cautious before stopping by. There's other neighboring nail salons so do your research!
