Can this location please get new workers!!!! The female workers there are so lazy and rude!!! No matter how polite we are as customers why must we deal with the attitudes of these lazy ppl that don’t want to work. If you’re unhappy get out of customer service asap. I hold my tongue out of respect but today the rudeness I received all because I asked a young lady if I can change the sauce on chicken that WASN’T even cooked and prepared yet. Yesterday they had their friends in there hanging around, gave them extra stuff and was polite to them. It would be nice to be kind, polite and respectful to ALL CUSTOMERS!

My child ordered food on her dad's account. She went to pick it up using her name. She was told they didn't have an order in her name. After waiting in the car for her 20 minutes, I went inside. There were no other customers in there. When the lady behind the counter saw me asking my child if there was a problem, then she asked to see the paid for order on her cellphone! Then....she took the cold order of food from the food pickup shelf and had my child sign a form!! Why did the lady have my child waiting for food that she wasn't going to give her? She totally ignored her UNTIL I went into the store. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Personally the food is tasteless!!! I don't like it!!!!

Regulations have lifted and still Wingstop does not allow indoor dining. As someone who just worked out, burned a lot of calories, I was ready to eat. This is frustrating and it seems the higher ups are still living like it's 2020

Always fast service. Could be a little friendlier, however my orders have yet to be made incorrectly. I generally get boneless wings and fries. My favorite flavors are the Cajun/Louisiana Rub and the Korean BBQ.
