Long before my husband got his diagnosis, we both agreed that neither one of us wanted to be buried. I filled out the forms on-line after he started getting very sick. The forms were very easy and followed up with a phone call. When the time came and my husband passed at home, the hospice nurse took care of calling the Society and they arrived promptly. They were so kind and respectful. I took my daughter with me to do the final identification and we both got to say our goodbyes. A week later I got to take my husband home, along with small pouches for all the children. They are charged with spreading their Father's ashes to the places he would enjoy. All I ask is for them to send me a picture. I don't know where I am going, but at least I can take a part of my husband with me. Thank you CSRI.
