Staff is great and friendly. Dr. Gustavel was efficient and explained things well….and he has a good reputation as a good surgeon. But overall the approach and connection was impersonal. Im just another surgery on the schedule….what was her issue again??? :) Im not comfortable with that. I have heard good things so others have had better experiences
