ordered a cake for my daughters sweet 16 and when i got there waited over an hr to get the cake which ended up falling apart after a 15 min drive. They offered to fix the cake (unfixable) but i did not have the time to go back. they also offered to replace it with a single layer cake which my brother picked up and that cake sunk and fell apart as well. they did not offer a refund at all which set me back $450. Bad experience all around and will not be going back there.
