Yes most stores do that because the bakery do raise up the price buts it's not the bakery it's the ingredients and flowers that go up unexpectedly so stores have to do so they don't lose money the moment that it goes up. the bakery buys those bags to put the bread in by alot like 10000 so they don't lose alot of money they continue to use those bags and have stores up there prices so when they get new bags and new prices it's already set..so yea those prices you see on the sticker will eventually become the official price on the bag in time

Hey, to answer your question, no unfortunately you can't. In order to buy in bulk you would have to open an account with the bakery. If you bump into a nice guy at the bakery I'm sure he wouldn't mind giving you a loaf or 2, but that's about it.
