It's clean but after making me walk all the way to the back to get Tylenol PM, they were all locked up and there was NO Customer Service anywhere nearby. The worse part was that a Salesperson sent me way back there after dialysis?!

This is a great place to shop they believe in customer service and the shells are always stocked with products

It is a drug store, a place to buy supplies and medicine to recuperate and to promote health. They have a long way to go. They do not promote safety for customers susceptible to Covid-19, they do not follow state directives for personal distancing and masks. Outside of this small matter they tend to be self-absorbed and generally indifferent to the customer or to the needs of the community. They are a store of last resort: there are many other stores more willing and better equipped to meet your needs.

The worst customer service ever! It's always a line and they are super slow to be a 24hr Walgreens. You call in and they tell you it'll be ready in 10 minutes then you get here and still gotta wait 30 more. The techs must all have been D students because if they were at Kaiser's pharmacy and take 30 minutes to fill a prescription they wouldn't have a job. They need to staff more techs so that they can deliver a better service.
