Appointment was at 11am. Got there on time. Checked in and paid my fees just for them to tell me they didn’t have the lab tubes available that was needed for my draw. I had already paid so I had to wait a while for them to go get more tubes. The bathroom was disgusting. After one patient left a urine sample and came out, I asked if someone could clean it so I could go in and leaving mine and they told me to just go in.

I came here for a blood sample. I was pleased to find free parking directly out front. I was in and out quickly with an appointment at 8am. (I made the appointment less than 24 hrs in advance, too!) You check yourself in on the screens and they call your name when they're ready. They operate this place very efficiently. I would definitely come back if I need any lab work.

The only complaints I have are 1) Parking $4 2) Hard to locate ( No signs and it is actually on the 2nd floor. I had to come out 2 times to ask where it was) Other than that, once inside they seem to be very professional. Not a very long wait and painless blood draw...
