Today :( Confirming that this dt by far the worse cs ever!! Cashier (not saying names) you need to learn etiquette 101 and not assume, basic duties include scanning an item and bagging....self check out machines can be installed!?! No stars are deserved but to post had to add 1, :/

Be warned that prices at all Dollar Tree locations are not the same. The same item I purchased at the Sepulveda store was 25 cents more at this store on the same day shopping. You are always surprised when you get to the cashier at all Dollar stores these days, including the 99 Cent Store locations, which are even worse in my opinion.

At this Dollar Tree you really have to come in when Marcel or Cassandra are working. These two are amazing cahiers with great customer service. It is always a pleassure being checked out by them. Their manager is the worst I have ever dealt with, the 2 times I have come to him for assistance he is rude, he spoke horrible to one of the employees in front of customers, and he DOES NOT respect the policy to ask customers to wear their mask inside the store, sometimes he has his off or under his chin. PLEASE do not bother coming to this Dollar Tree, drive a little further if you have to but go somewhere else.

The manager Jose at the Dollar Tree on Roscoe and White Oak was extremely rude to a senior citizen. The senior kindly asked where a certain item was at, Jose didn’t bother stopping to KINDLY and RESPECTFULLY look at the senior in the eyes and answer his question nicely. Jose instead kept walking as he rudely answered the question and then Jose goes to the cash register and loudly talks about the senior citizen right in front of customers. Clearly Jose lacks the basic customer service skills. A little empathy, friendliness, attentiveness, patience,and a lot of respect goes a long way. No customer should be treated like that especially a senior citizen. No ⭐️ for me!!!!
