This is a curious review, since ACC did not repair my car. What happened was our Tesla Model S was right on the cusp of being considered a total loss by State Farm. We didn't want to let go of it, a great car. SF said they'd pay, but Rene at ACC convinced us that by the time all was said and done the car would cost too much to repair and the insurance company would ultimately insist on totaling it. He gave generously of his time and expertise -- we were hard to convince -- but Rene helped us make the right decision. I hope not ever to need a body shop again, but if I go, I will certainly be going to ACC. PS -- what I did not realize at the time but came to learn later is that Rene is actually a State Farm adjuster. That makes his assurances that the car needs to be totaled line up with theirs and...well, I just don't know. I'm going ahead with the total loss as I'm tired of fighting with SF, full disclosure would've been nice...

2021 Tesla Model 3P- Rear Bumper Damage Had a terrific experience with Tina and Rene throughout my repair process. Tina was very helpful and polite right away with my first phone call. They had me scheduled for an estimate within a few days. Rene was extremely friendly and reassuring throughout the repair process. I won’t hesitate to use ACC again if needed. 10/10.

Really appreciate the shop, they do extraordinary work and make sure that everything is put back together to original if not better standards. The only reason I went to them is because my insurance company said they were really good I was in Northern Cal when my wife and I's car got into a wreck and sent our new Mustang to the shop blindly. One of the best decisions I have made! They were always in contact with me letting me know what's going. Paul Asar Hector Tina Anna are all very helpful and just genuine good people. The paint repair process involves heat treatment, so you are immediately able to wash your car if needed. We return the cars with full detail.

Depends on the damage. Bumper job takes on average 15 minutes. Other than a bumper job, the average is an hour to fully assess the damages. You won’t need to wait in person either, we can take photos and email you for your convenience.
