Had a great experience, never had a hard time reaching out if I needed help. It was my first time living alone and I felt very comfortable. The trains are noisy but I got used to them after awhile. Upstairs neighbors were pretty noisy but it’s not their fault the walls are pretty thin, and wood floors, you can pretty much hear everything. Everyone minds their own business though I never had a problem with anyone. Wish they had washer and dryer in unit and at least a patio/balcony, other than that I probably would’ve stayed if they didn’t raise my rent to make it worth staying.

Chelcie provides SUPERIOR Customer Service to her tenants which is a breath of fresh air in apartment life! She is so helpful and prompt to get back to you with answers. Their online portal is easy to use and all documents are right in there for us if we need them. Love my new home!

The whole process of moving in here was very simple and professional. Yasmin had my application done in one day and had all my paper work taken care of very quickly.
