Both employees/owners were amazing. I came in about 5 mins til closing needing 2 documents printed, but the way I saved the file made things very complicated. Instead of making me change to the document format I was advised to sign into Canva (where the document was created) and send the link directly to the store's email address. They did not have to go the extra mile but they did. PLUS they stayed and worked overtime to help me on a SATURDAY. If I can give 10 stars I would. Thank you for being so kind to me.

The the staff are always so helpful whenever I go. They make a chore so much more enjoyable!

Calvin (The Big Buu)

One of the staff was extremely rude when I asked where could I leave drop offs and she told me where it was and I brought the cartons where she stated. She had the nerve to to tell us that there were only allowing 3 customers in the store. Before we arrived there were more than 3 already so her enforcement of the policy was already questionable. I didn’t need a receipt, I just needed a spot to put the drop off, didn’t need attitude.

I have come to this store a number of times. People here try their best to help customers. They are patient and diligent. I can send a document to be downloaded and printed and when I arrive the next day it's a painless transaction. They wear masks and require people to wait outside while they help those inside so there are few persons sharing space inside the store. You need a mask to come in the store.
