If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The ambience is lovely and the food is insanely delish. I was w a party of 10 and we started with double orders of firecracker shrimp, watermelon salad, oysters, tuna tar tar, pizza and our dinners included the seared tuna, salmon, filet mignon and if I comment one by one I'll be reviewing all afternoon, just know that not a single dish disappointed. The service was phenomenal, the place was slammed and she still managed to juggle everyone w a smile. Def worth every penny, I'm looking forward to revisiting and trying out more items

We’ve been going here for the past 5 years & more so over COVID restrictions. The atmosphere is perfect, with many options. You can sit in the open dining room where it’s classy, romantic, inviting with large windows that let just the right amount of light in. Or you can be in the bar area where the seating is cozy, a little darker & warmer. The bar traffic has never bothered us here. You can even sit outside which is also cozy with beautiful flowering trees & trellises. And the outside area was even extended during COVID & was perfectly managed & convenient. This place is huge but still warm. Food is delicious. We have never been disappointed. Drinks are delicious also & just the right amount of alcohol for your money. Janine the owner is a joy! She is always delightful & engaging & makes her way to every table. She is part of the experience of going to Nero’s. This place is also perfect for families with young children. See it all the time whether it’s lunch or dinner. All ages frequent here from the young men & women to the mature & well lived. It’s one of our favorite restaurants anywhere in NJ.

Comfortably upscale atmosphere and delicious food, served by highly professional staff. Menu and specials offer a wide variety of choices. On Tuesday, one of the specials seems to be whole or fileted bronzino.

First time here and it was fantastic. Def a local spot and I can see why it’s so popular. Had a drink at the bar before dinner with friends and was so lucky to meet Danielle the bartender. My GF didn’t know what she wanted and Danielle recommended the cucumber martini, And it was delicious. But this is not on the menu as it’s one of Danielle’s own creations. If you’re really nice to her she will tell you the secret ingredients! On to dinner….luckily we were there on a Friday night and short rib was the special. This is one of my favorite meals and the meat did not disappoint. If I had one slight complaint it would be the portion size. Would have loved a few more bites of Something this delicious. Korean chicken bowl, another special, was fantastic as well. Full of flavor and spiced just right. Kudos Nero’s - local spot, great quality of food and service.
