My wife really enjoyed her massage and friendly people However, try to cancel and it's like a gym membership scam. Not so easy to de as they originally made it sound. A manager has to call you back and send you a "form". What a shady operation and business practice. .... They they called back at about the 48-hour mark which is their rule, not mine and they stand by it like it's okay. Makes no sense to me. Still very shady suspect arrogant condescending and I stand by that it's a scam gym membership type of model Stay away

I am very disappointed with massage I’ve received. I received gift card from my daughter for Mother’s Day for a 50 minutes massage. I was asked when I was biking and when I was checking in the type of massage I would like. I’ve mentioned twice that I like a more harder massage. The only thing I got is a rubbing of oil on my body. Definitely was not a massage. Very disappointing

First time experience at hand and stone with a deep tissue massage. After I made the appointment, I received an email link to complete a form prior to the visit. I filled out the form online where I specifically requested to focus on my upper back, trapezius, neck and scalp (I wanted to maximize the time on my problem areas.) When I arrived and met my therapist, she asked what my problem was. I told her I had upper back and neck soreness and would like her to focus on those areas. She went on to tell me that her deep tissue massage is not what some people expect in that she doesn't dig her elbows into the problem areas, which was fine with me. However, I was still expecting firm pressure in the problem area. What I got instead was a lot of stroking (not a lot of firm pressure/trigger point work) and it wasn't contained to just my problem area as requested. So not only did the online forms apparently not make it to the therapist but she also didn't listen to my request to specifically work on my upper back/traps/neck. She also used a TON of oil! I have had many massages and never have I left literally greasy. Another thing I haven't experienced is a massage table where the sheets are not heated. Climbing into cold sheets makes tense muscles more tense. Overall, the massage was decent, but it was not the kind of deep tissue massage I'm accustomed to. I should have just booked a Swedish massage at an introductory price half of what I paid! Oh and then there's the price. Apparently there's no introductory price for deep tissue. The website stated price is $124.95 but I was charged $139.95. I called after to make sure I wasn't overcharged and I was told there was a price increase but the website must not be updated. Add it all up (incl taxes and gratuity), definitely NOT worth $170 ++. I will not be returning.

I came in on 2/11/71 which was my 51 birthday and I wanted to treat myself to some self care 😊. Let me just say when I walked I was greeted by three very lovely young ladies. The one that assisted me was come to find out the assistant manger and she was helpful and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable about the services they offered. She made me feel welcomed. She made suggestions to me, So I treated my self to a facial and it wasn’t just a regular facial it was a little something extra to hydrate and clear my pores. Jess was very knowledgeable about what she was doing to my face, she explained every step of the way and asked me if I was comfortable, if I was experiencing any irritation. Which I was not and I was very comfortable. I enjoyed my facial very much. I will be back and have already made my next appointment this time for a massage.
