Everyone that I interacted with on the phone and in the facility were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The staff took their time to ensure the safety of my family and even pointed out a potentially hazardous problem that another mechanic shop failed to recognize. I will definitely be telling more people to bring their vehicles there.

I got a flat tire at 7pm in Middletown and I was a little restless not knowing what to do. I called this Mavis and Bobby answered and was able to help me and call my nerves. He told me regardless of the problem he would help me out and so I got myself towed to them 40 minutes before they closed. They explain to me what they were going to do what tires I should get and I was in and out in 40 minutes. I was able to get home not have to sleep in a hotel and not have to spend extra money on several tows that night. The service was amazing everyone was friendly and nice and I appreciate them so much I highly highly recommend this location

Wow. My car was serviced here with Raymi, I was taken care of quickly and set on my way!! I would highly recommend them to anyone they know what they are doing here. And the customer service here is in a class of its own! I’m so impressed. Such a positive attitude and enthusiasm towards their craft! It’s been a pleasure working with them.

The employees were so great and helpful. My boyfriend and I were about to visit family when he got a flat. They were able to take us in on a Sunday, and help us. They were honest with us and didn’t try to swindle us. They helped us get back on the road in no time! Could not recommend more! Will be going back for our tire needs!
