This place is a scam, I paid $15 for a better wash and noticed no difference with any soap application during the wash compared to the basic $10 one. On top of that, the tire shine that was included in this upcharge wasn’t even applied. This place should be shut down by the BBB

I canceled my unlimited gold wash after the first wash. Highly disappointed in this place. I wish it did even just an OK because the location is ideal for me. My wheels actually came out dirty or due to the tire shine application at the end smeared what look like grease all over the front of my alloy wheels. Also water stain marks all over the car. This place needs to complete overhaul.

In and out fairly quick. Cleans great! Just if you are new to this, it's kinda confusing about when to put your vehicle into neutral and back into drive

Worse car wash in middletown. Do not spend your money here, I paid $20 and the top scrubs didn't even spin, so the front top and back of car were left dirty, terribleHello thank you for your feedback. I just cancelled mine for the saame reasons as Jonathan. It's a shame because they used to b the number one place to get a car wash b4 they changed over their system. Give them the number on the sticker of ur windshield over the phone. They will cancel it as well as tell u when u expire.

I think your going to have to go to the place, and talk to someone personally. Thats the only thing i can think of. If that doesn't work, you should contact their customer service; and see if you can talk to someone.
