My experience has been a great one. I had to move all my belongings into storage. I started with one, two and eventually I separated some things. I now have 5 storage units. Rich Luggiero helped me rent them and he has been so nice and kind considering my situation. The pandemic has been very hard on me. My doggie girl died a few months ago as well. So handling my storage needs with respect and kindness means a lot.

I stand by what I said as Beautiful Vermillion I Never recive a letter by mail or email and nether did my husband! So you can say you're Company always notify when rates change or go up but the fact is YOU DID NOT period. Glad we're done with Extra Storage space never again.
