Worst Service Center. Stay away from this. I bought model Y two weeks back and I noticed few issues. 1. Right side front door not closing properly. I have to close forcefully. 2. Wind sound while driving on freeway. 3. Issues with passenger speakers. I booked an appointment at this service cent at 4:30 pm. When I went in for service they did the test drive on the local road to test the wind sound and the agent mentioned he doesn’t want to take highway because of traffic. They mentioned speakers needs diagnosis and I can book an appointment and drop my car and they will do the diagnosis which would take 1 week for which I was okay. They gave me an appointment for the next day at 3:15 pm. When I went in next day they did the same. They test drive on the local road to test the wind sound and the agent mentioned he doesn’t want to take highway because of traffic. I clearly showed him when a vehicle passes by wind blows into the car and you can feel it when you keep your hand near the window and he was not convinced and said some wind blows into car and that’s normal. Service men mentioned right door was not closing properly because it’s a new car and it’s takes time for rubber seal to get adjusted but I mentioned that one of my friend had same issue for his new car and the same service center fixed it. Still Service men said he don’t see any issue with the door closing. Service Men just played a song on FM and said back speaker’s are working fine without even doing any diagnosis. The same service center mentioned a day before that they will keep the car for a week and will do the diagnosis but did not. Never expected this kind of service from Tesla. They waisted 2 days of mine and I have to travel 150 miles.

My in-laws ordered a Model-3, but we needed an overnight test drive to preview the car, and initially this Tesla facility said no, and that they only do 30 min. test drives. Until Estaban fixed it and let us do the overnight test drive, which put my mother in law at ease about their new Tesla car purchase. Would have been a 5 star if not for the first employee.

My model Y has been there close to a month for a system restraint fault no telling when the repair is going to be completed & no real information on when parts needed to fix will be at their site. Only had the car for two weeks before getting this fault. Do not take your car here. Go to an Actual Tesla dealer with a reliable service center. This place just seem to be a test drive site. Employees are too busy to lock down for info.
