Worse place, small shop and worse experience with the owner Carrie. We drove hour and half with preset last appointment of the day and even informed about 10 minutes delay due to traffic.. place is horrible and product totally unhygienic and wrapped hair patch in dusty third class ziplock bag. Even price of cheap product way higher and on asking couple questions about maintenance, she and her hairstylist got the feeling that it won’t be easy trap for monthly payments, they start talking about malfunctions of hair pieces and keep saying don’t buy , it’s not gonna work as in California with hot place, you’ve to come every 2-3 weeks for maintenance of $85 each visit and May other bad aspects even I did my research how this thing works but she just avoided to service along with his stylist who used only Chinese language to communicate in code words and wanted to not work. Cheap place, poor service and even I would say more like Scam business.. I wish , I could give -ve stars . Please be aware and stay away from such small shops giving poor services.

Having low self-esteem from losing my hair/balding at a relatively younger age, I was desperate to try out anything that could possibly help me with how I felt about my appearance. Best Hair System saved the day! Carrie and Mike are very easy to talk with, noting all of your concerns. Carrie will be completely honest with you about what will work and what will not. I respect her being so honest and realistic about the hair systems. Mike takes his time on your hair, ensuring that you are happy with the service. He is very meticulous and detailed with the application and cutting/styling of the hair system. No one has questioned mine at all - it looks so realistic with the amazing quality of the system and Mike’s skills in cutting and blending it to your own hair. With this being my first experience with a hair system, I could not be happier! The service and quality are definitely there at Better Hair System and I would feel confident/comfortable recommending this location to anyone else suffering from hair loss/balding. Before you do go, please know that this is not cheap & you have to actually want to put effort into keeping your hair system in the best condition possible. If you’re not willing to pay for upkeep or not interested in following the rules Carrie provides you with for the hair system, I wouldn’t suggest getting one. You have to want to invest time and money into yourself! Thanks Carrie and Mike!!!

So the service itself is ok but make sure when you get your hair unit you examen it before you leave, I got a hair piece with a patch on the hair line I didn’t realize it until the next day. I called Carrie and she told me to come in once I got there she made excuses about how she couldn’t exchange it and she also told me to change my hair style so it wouldn’t be noticeable! Also she isn’t very accommodating either and always has an idk answer. The hair stylist knows what he’s doing and does a great job but Carrie is the one in charge and she is a difficult person. Please be aware !
