If I could have put a zero I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never rent through this company. If you ever break down dont expect to get a replacement. Between enterprise and their road side assistant, they don't what they are doing. I HIGHLY do not recommend renting through this company. They ruined a vacation we were looking so forward to!

Got my rental on time. They are very friendly and explained everything from a walk around the car to the operation of the car. If your looking for a rental this is the place to go.

I recently had to get a rental for 12 days due to my car being totaled. Enterprise and my insurance company were very helpful. It was a super easy process getting the rental. Unfortunately the 1st rental (a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee) broke down on day number 3. It wouldn't start when I tried to leave. So I called and they sent a flat bed to retrieve it. Then got me another vehicle all within about 2 hours. The manager at the Kittanning store was professional and helpful as was anyone else I spoke with over the phone. I will gladly rent from them again!
