They buy everything for 20$ and sell them 200$. Yesterday I sold my daughter’s new stroller for 20$ and it was just used for my trip from turkey to USA only. Also since I entered the shop nobody welcomed me maybe I was wearing scarf. They are all racist. The one black and white lady on counter just confused me. They started looking each other and laughing. I felt really bad and i asked them ; is everything okay why you guys are laughing since I am entered here. I really didn’t understand the reason why ? But was very impolite and unprofessional beaver. I have faced such a cheap personalities for the first time in USA since I living here. Anyone who is reading this please bring some changes and let your staff know how to behave and act like a mature person. They shouldn’t have to treat people by their color, religion, dressing etc

They pay very little for items and sell them like they are brand new. (4-6x what they paid for. Sold a highchair and got $7 for it, and went to the store a few days later and it was marked at $40). But if you need money quick, it’s a good option because you get cash on the spot. Today I had a bad experience selling. I bought in a bag of kids shoes, and a container of kids clothes. They said there’s one person ahead of me but they are almost finished with it, they said to come back in 30 minutes. Cool. This store is in a plaza so I just walked around and went in a few stores. Came back 45 minutes later, and they were just getting started.. they said sorry, give us 20 minutes. No worries, I mean there was literally no one in the store, but ok. Went to grab some food and coffee, came back 30 minutes later, and “we are almost done, just give us 10 minutes”. A little irritated but okay.. but what upset me was this young black girl was smiling and laughing to her coworkers about it, like it was a joke or something. I said “at this point it’s been over an hour, I was told it would be finished 40 minutes ago” , she said “sorry, we’ve been really busy today”.. again.. NO ONE IN THE STORE. AT ALL. Walked out and came back 20 minutes later, “hold on we just need to put the information in our system”, and I just stood right there. Weird that once they realized I wasn’t going anywhere they were finished within two minutes. Weird. Whoever that girl is needs to check herself, because she can get smacked.

My wife shopped here the other day and they charged her twice. When we tried to speak to the manager about it they told us there was nothing they can do about it. We even called our bank to confirm the double charge. They said yes we were charged twice! I have proof and everything! Now we have to open a case with our bank. Absolutely ridiculous. It was only like $16.85. But it's the principle. How can you run a professional business and not be able to fix a double charge? My wife has been coming here for years. I told her never to shop there again. So please beware when you use your card here as they will double charge you and then act like they can't do nothing about it. That's straight up stealing. Very disappointed! RESPONSE TO OUAC: So my bank statement and my bank are lying? And we are just making this up? Your response is on point with the way you have handled this and some of your other negative reviews. You charged us twice. Those are the facts. My wife has spent alot of money here at your store and now for a measly $16 your going to lose alot of business. From us and from everyone else we tell about your practices. Absolutely unbelievable. We opened a case with our bank. You will be giving back our money UPDATE: Here is a photo of my bank telling me that you did, in fact, charge us twice. Honestly I feel bad for doing this but your attitude and your terrible response left me no choice. Customers need to be aware of your business practices. I have worked in customer service most of my life. The customer is not always right, but you have to be courteous and willing to make customers happy. This whole situation should have been handled differently. You have now lost long time customers and everyone we tell.

I am very disappointed with this store. This is the second time that I have gone in there to try and sell the first time was a $600 stroller that literally was brand new my daughter never used it and they offered me $20 I declined and still have the stroller today I went in with 26 brand new in the packages with the tags retail price on them is $30 for the tops $30 for the bottoms they offered me $17.50 they were in they ripped open and took the clothing out before letting me know what they were going to offer to buy them for that is 67 cents each I told them that that was absolutely ridiculous no thank you now I am supposed to try and sell them without the packages.

They are open and my understanding is they are still taking items. This store is small though and sometimes can be picky compared to other locations
