Elk Grove drivers speeding in the parking lot. Target added tons of speed bumps to slow things down. Lots of parking & very busy. So walk carefully.

Ah yes the Elk Grove Karen epicenter. The Target brings them together, the 5 Below trains new ones. With a DSW and a Ross to meet every Karen's budget and the Wine N Mo keeps them saucy. This is a fantastic hub to observe them in a natural habitat. Every business has no less than 3 managers on duty at all times for speaking to needs.

The major cross street is Bruceville Bl & it's on the Northeast corner. It has Target, Chevys, OSH, Old Spaghetti Factory & Del Taco. Across the street is Chili's, Party City, Pier 1 Imports, Chipotle, & Jamba Juice.
