Sacramento is well organized. The Southwest staff are friendly, helpful and fun.

Everything went well. What irritates me is you pay for business select and for non stop. Then you get changed to having a stop but still paid for none. And A 1-15 after begind 6 wheel chairs is fine but when 6 family members, and three family members get to board with them. That's not cool. One companion is all that is needed. They need to pay more attention.

I just want to thank Lisa at the Southwest counter. The flight was oversold she was very understanding and worked hard to secure a flight for me and my wife so we wouldn't have to fly separately. Thanks Lisa!

Always a good experience. I like how they don’t assign seats. Boarding is generally quick. Flight staff are always nice and some make jokes during the boarding announcements. The leg space is decent. They also bring drinks and snacks quickly.

Terminal B and it is clearly marked as you come into the airport from the freeway
Should be 50 lbs
Southwest Airlines uses terminal B in Sacramento, anyone ordering uber or lyft should order for terminal B, West curb.
