There is nothing perfect in this world. However, Rancho Cordova, CA Avis outlet has come pretty close. The fuel tank was full, the check in and check out were super fast. I am a happy and grateful customer.

We paid for a rental back in February for a truck to be picked up in June. It was a special family reunion. Once book i contacted my pick up location and was told it wouldn't be a problem. Cone pickup day it was an issue didn't receive the vehicle that I was needing.

Good service and I always get a quality car regardless of the model. I use a rental car for my work on an average of six months a year. Over the years I have been happy with going with Avis and will continue to do so.

I ordered online at Avis. I requested a Ford Focus or equivalent. I ordered the GPS and Satellite Radio. When I arrived to pick up my car, they didn't have the car promised with the add on's...I was expecting a car with excellent mileage per gallon. I was upgraded to a bigger car with lower MPG but, it has satellite radio. They rented me a portable Garman GPS. Took the car home and had to wash it, really dirty!! Next found used lunch type napkins under all the seats along with broken crackers and lots of crumbs...I rent from Avis all the time and have NEVER been so disappointed! This is the first time at this location. I even found BUDGET rental paperwork in the glove compartment and under the seat. Avis and Budget must be one company. I may never rent from Avis again. Avis head quarters will hear about my experience but really don't think they care. The gentleman at the counter was very kind, helpful and accommodating. I am not rating him for his service just Avis corporation.
