i was shopping yesterday at ALBERTSONS location 24251 muirlands blv lake forest ca 92630 , cashier name sherry over charged me, i PAID THEN I ASKED HER THAT DOES NOT SEEMS RIGHT, she got angery and called me names and when i asked for her manager she told me shut up and was not going to serve me , he refused service to me because i was nit white and blone like her , i mannaged to see the manager and he was backing her up ,

Absolutely terrible customer service, Albertsons sends me a coupon for tri tip in the bag and they don't sell it in the bag whole.

The corporate office for Von's and I guess Albertsons has no way to call to complain about anything. It is ridiculous. My main complaint is about the way my wife and I were treated at the Von's in Chatsworth. The manager's name is Aurora. She was the one that handled the issue. We have been shopping at Von's for 38 years. Never had this kind of treatment before. We went there to the change machine to exchange change for bills. It is a service for which Von's charges 15% of the total. Once we got the change processed and got the receipt, we went to cash it to the register, which is what we have done many times before. The manager, Aurora, told us that she did not have enough money and that we would have to come back later. This is a store that has to have many thousands of dollars on hand just to operate. We could not believe that we were asked to come back for OUR OWN MONEY that we were charged 15% to change. Aurora was acting like this was some big favor she was doing us. That is no favor! We PAID for the change and holding our money CAN NOT be legal. Asking us to come back can not be legal. If you do not have the money or are unwilling to exchange the money, you should not have the change machine there. This is ridiculous. We have gone to change the coins there before at which time the manager, a different person, did not have a problem giving us the money. This was obviously just an attempt of the manager - Aurora - not wanting to deal with it at the time. You are a service company. Charging us for a service and not providing that service is a breach of implied contract. Anyway, it is ridiculous that the manager would even try to do that. Shame on her and shame on Von's.

LA Mirada, CA store visit on Oct 18, 2021. I witnessed an Act of Kindness by the store manager, Rito. A homeless looking man was looking at some pre-made foods. He asked the manager if this one could be n made into a small portion, so he could afford the purchase.Rito told they only come in these sizes & offered to pay the balanced needed to make the purchase.. In these stressful times it's nice to see people helping others without expecting. Rito is a true gentleman & great representative for your company.
