Incredibly disappointed. I had a very painful abscess on my finger that needed to be drained. I know this because I am a physician and the pain was incredible and I could see the pus inside the finger. I wanted someone else to do it as I knew it would be painful and wanted it done correctly. The provider, mumbled her name, wasn't wearing a mask, did not touch my finger. She glanced at it from 2 feet away and told me she would prescribe antibiotics. The standard treatment for an abscess is lancing. When I questioned this, she quickly and grumpily said there wasn't enough to lance. I don't know what her credentials were, I believe she said the name Rachel, but it was the most unprofessional encounter I have had in health care. I came home and lanced my own finger and released the abscess and now have pain relief and will heal quicker. I spent $125 for 3 seconds of evaluation by a provider which was not even standard of care.

Gum pain for nearly ten days. First time here to see. But my doctor didn't give me a minute to see me. Let me open my mouth. She took one look at it and said she would prescribe medicine for me. It was terrible!! The reception sister service was very good

Don’t waste your time!! Took my daughter here with high fever, chills and sore throat to where she wouldn’t eat or drink. PA Rachel Gonzales came in (unfortunately have seen her before so know her name) and didn’t even introduce herself. Looked af my 8 year old and ordered her to the table, spent 2 seconds looked at her throat said well it doesn’t look like strep but I’ll test her. After the strep test was done she came back in and said well it’s negative, she just has a little cold and left out of the room. I couldn’t even ask any questions. I stopped to get paperwork and asked the lady if she could get a note for school. Rachel was sitting there and got a snarky look and said “it’s Sunday”. I said I know but I doubt she’ll feel up to school tomorrow and she’s sick with something to where she won’t eat or drink. She says there’s no reason she can’t go to school, I would send her. I said well that’s your opinion I guess and left. So she wanted me to send my sick child to school when she’s not eating or drinking and on top of that risk getting others sick. Really nice…. She has zero bedside manner, is completely rude and acts like doing her job as in treating sick people is bothering her. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this. This is her everyday apparently. She needs to be FIRED because obviously she doesn’t like her JOB!

I would give 0 starts to this place. I waited in the examine room for 1 hour. A student nurse practitioner came in examined me and said she will be back with the nurse practitioner. Nurse practitioner comes in after 30 more minutes of waiting. She tells me according to student nurse practitioner. I have allergies and she can’t give me anything because it’s been 4 days only. I told her I think I have a sinus infection. She said you might but you have to come back in a week if symptoms don’t get better. I told her I was in so much agony and pain. My face and nose hurts. Someone knocks on the door and she rushes out of there. She never examined me . She took the students word . I was robbed of 50 dollars of copay plus 2 hours of my time to get this horrible experience. Human lives don’t matter to this place. Next day my symptoms got worse and I called the place. I was told to come back in and they will examine me again and give me antibiotics. She could have done this yesterday when she didn’t bother to examine me and give me the antibiotics when she knew very well I had a sinus infection. This place only cares about making money . Don’t bother stepping in . Run as fast as you can out of this place. This place is run by bunch of thieves. They don’t care about your symptoms. They screwed me over for 50 dollars and I am still feeling horrible. My symptoms gotten worse . I went to Sutter and I was told I have a sinus infection. This nurse practitioner Kim Wells is so unprofessional. She didn’t even bother to examine me and ran out of the room to take a call when it was my time after I waited for her for and hour and half. Horrible experience! Horrible staff!!

They will answer eventuallyhowever, I don't recommend them at all. One of the receptionists is extremely rude. They were busy, running late for scheduled appointment. I waited 2 hours only to be cancelled & sent home. Back for another appointment the next day. Waited an hour! I had a test done that should be back in 3 to 5 days...it took 7. They did not call me with the result. I had to call them. I would recommend calling around 10AM. Good Luck
