The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us remodel our bathroom as well as stay within our budget. I never felt like they were trying to upsell or pressure us into purchasing something we really didn't need. I highly recommend Santa Rosa tile. Our bathroom turned out great, and now the ironic thing is that the bathroom is the nicest room in our house.
