Really bad experience! I just had come from deployment and I rented a truck to take couple of bags of clothes to the dumpster and return it back. Well there was big dents on the truck and they wanted me to pay for it. I spoke with the owner and I told him there was no way I did those big dents which he responded me with “I believe you but I still need to charge you”. I told him I wasn’t gonna pay for that and he responded me with “I believe you didn’t do them” but there are no pictures of it on the record, how weird because other trucks had the same dents. I’m guessing since gas price is high they’re trying to get peoples money in other ways like charging people for things that they didn’t do. If you don’t wanna get charge for things you didn’t do do not go there.

IM HAVING THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT UKIAH UHAUL. WAITING TO BE PAID BACK ,FOR THEM DRILLING INTO MT TRUCKS BRAKE BOOSTER LEAVING ME TO DRIVE AROUND WITH NO BRAKES! I PAYED THEM TO INSTALL A TRAILER BRAKE CONTROLLER 300. THEN HAD TO PAY REPAIR SHOP NEARLY$ 600.00, TO FIX MY TRUCK! NOW THEY DONT CALL ME BACK! MISSING OUT ON WORK, VERY ANGRY, WHERE'S MY F...ING MONEY!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN........NEVER!

Pretty bad when you rent a trailer from your local uhaul and they make you drive over an hour to pick it up. Will not return here again for any rentals.
