UPDATE. We did call the office staff and they spoke to their drivers we are a short route at the end of the day and so it's easy to bypass us but our trash has been picked up on time and once again all their drivers and the staff are always very courteous they never pick our trash up on trash day they will pick up the trash 8 feet away across the street but then they do not come back and pick up the other side of the street and now they want to raise rates. Their customer service staff has always been kind courteous and want to help, but the drivers just don't pick up the trash. I am sure there must be a reason but they just leave us all with no service and it is becoming very frustrating and irritating.

Very poor customer service. Disappointed with how I was talked to by Shelly when I called to advise my Blue Trash was not picked up. All I wanted was for someone to come back out, I mean that's what I pay for.

We have had a Christmas tree sitting out in front of our home for nearly 4 weeks. I understand businesses are short staffed across the nation. What I don’t understand is the lack of empathy employees have towards their customers.
