Not a Safe Environment Not one employee was wearing a mask during this time of low ICU availability and high virus transmission. A simple plexiglass is not helping, especially with employees wandering the store to help customers. Until I see that they have respect for their customers and their community I will not be giving them any of my business, and you shouldn’t either.

Well ordered a door for a client Nov 9th and was told I would receive a call 7-10days when it arrived. In the mean time I had to drop off the damaged door so they could cut/match to the new one. As of last week I had not heard from them so called to follow up and they couldn't find my door. Then they called and said it would be ready Mon or Tue of this week. Still no call. We are now 4 weeks from original purchase date. I called this morning now Wed and they said they would call me back today. AGAIN no call....I feel like I'm getting the run around and my client is getting upset. Of course now they are closed. I would not recommend this place.

I spent over $5000 on a Trex deck. The sales people were very helpful with all the questions I had for the railing and deck design. The materials were delivered on time as promised. While building the deck, I discovered one of the 20 foot pieces of Trex was damaged due to the straps of the delivery truck. I called Homewood, they said they would replace it. I was told I needed to pay for another piece and when the damage piece was returned, they would credit me. The damaged piece was returned by the truck that delivered the new piece. This is where the problem started. Two weeks later, one visit to the store and four phone calls, I still don’t have a credit on my Visa card. I get told they are taking care of it, yet no action. They had no problem charging me the $75 for the new piece but cannot issue me the credit for the returned piece?

How did I not know about this place? Had everything I needed. Quick in and out.
