This was my second time with Urgent Care. I got the same doctor, Julie Moede. She is a fantastic clinician. If she was in private practice, she would be my primary care physician. She is thorough, efficient, creative when needed to take care of her patients. Because I was so tired, she did the wound dressing so that I could go and not wait for another nurse. The rest of the staff including two nurses and the receptionist were caring and sensitive addition to my experience last night. Thank you!

EDIT: please use my first review to regard speed and and staff demeanor. I am unsure about the efficacy of this urgent care. My last visit with NP Winnie, I described severe pain in my head and she recommended a tylenol protocol. I have now been in the hospital for 3 days with a life threatening illness whose only indication would have been the exact pain I was describing. I strongly urge the clinicians of this practice to read about the deep disparity in pain management for diverse populations as the population of Roseville continues to grow from the exodus of people from the Bay Area. Initial review: Context: I moved here from San Francisco. I went to this urgent care twice in the last week and was amazed at the speed and friendliness of the staff. There is no urgent care in SF that could have me in and out with the efficiency of this urgent care. It was less than an hour from the time I left my house to the time I returned. I love living in Roseville but this experience really cemented my decision to stay here. I don't want to invalidate the other reviews mentioning the front desk staff. I had a 50/50 experience where the front desk person was brusk with me the first time, and a different front desk person was very sweet the next. It's been a very hard time for them with COVID so I try to hold space and have some grace. I still highly recommend this urgent care :)

Visited on a Saturday and arrived 15 minutes before they opened. There was already a line of couple people waiting. Doors were open 5 minutes later. Filled out a check-in form and the receptionist reviewed the purpose of visit immediately after collecting the form. The nurse spoke with me soon after to understand my situation. Half the visitors were redirected to the respiratory clinic while I waited. The nurse was very thorough in her questions and spoke to the doctor. They decided that I should visit the ER right down the block to get a more thorough assessment since I had a couple concerns. Their office isn’t equipped to help me. The team is efficient, clear and helpful. Online scheduling or any scheduling is currently not available there.

This was quite possibly the best experience at an urgent care. The wait time was around 10 minutes. Bryan LVN was great. He had a great bedside manor and was very thorough in his questioning. He also explained everything that was happening every step of the way and also gave us the “why” behind it all. The physician came in to see us very quickly and was very great at answering our questions, treating us and explaining the discharge. Thank you Sutter! Great job!

Most of the time No. However, we were asked to pay our co pay once. Most of the time we get a bill.
How do you get a covid test
Shouldn't they staff accordingly, I hear yesterday's wait time was 3 hours, today they say 1-1/ hours. Seems unacceptable to me.
Yes
