We're staying with friends in the area and stopped in here to inquire about truck caps and storage systems. Cameron was a huge help and spent about 30 minutes with us. My only regret is we couldn't purchase through them as the lead time on caps is longer than the 2.5 weeks we have left in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to contact these people if you have a need.

The worst experience ever! Teen “mechanics” during the week plus mom and dad on weekends. So any real work is done on weekends. We had our camper van in for 3 weeks! We had to replace the fridge ($1295), fix a water leak ($230), and fix the locks on 2 cabinets ($575!). When we got it home the fridge door cover was missing, the water leak wasn’t fixed, and the cabinet locks immediately failed. (I’m not complaining about this one because it was a bad design; but $575 for some hinges?) Then we found out the fridge door cover was extra and someone was supposed to have told us at some point so it could be ordered?! When we brought it back in the next day I asked if they could work on the leak right away rather than in weeks and the teen “mechanic” who originally did the work said he’d take a look. Then he left the van … and didn’t come back. I went looking for him and when he saw me coming he looked panicked and hid behind the cashier area. I could still see him and asked him what was going on. He admitted he had no idea what the plumbing leak was about or how to fix it! I said we’d deal with it after our trip. I had the leak fixed elsewhere (another $277). We went on our trip and returned for the fridge door cover and I reiterated events and asked what the son teen felt would be appropriate in terms of labor cost for the unfixed plumbing leak. He called his dad and dad said the teen “mechanic” told him he was going to fix it but I wouldn’t wait!! So dad called me a liar!! I left the fridge door cover and will never, ever go back. You’ve been warned; wish I had been.

Long story short. Thought since these guys have been here forever I would be safe doing business with them. First owners son told us wrong information about what we were getting done to our truck. Something that was sopose to take a day turned into a week and a half before it was done all the way. They had me believe I was getting my truck back done so they could get full payment. After I payed them I was told something had broke and I would have to wait for part to come in for them to finish. I am not happy with this place.

I bought a camper shell from Camp Quest and to be honest this husband and wife business is excellent. Service is professional, well done and the products are reasonably priced. You can go where you want but I would use Camp Quest.
