My husband an I do caretaking for a resident here they have a few disabilities an it's difficult for them to get around. Ive encountered a lot of hostel attitude from the park management never willing to assist in opening trash dumpsters or acknowledging any of the many issues pending on our clients property. The park is poorly lit an run down streets need repairs an based on the area some form of security I feel a should be implamented my advice stay away an rent elsewhere

Older park with older homes space rents are reasonable, you get what you pay for tho!

According to the new Google Maps Color Code- the pink map lettering on the map indicates that this is a "Health Care Facility" How nice, now all Mobile Home Parks are Health Care Facilities.
