Ridiculous!!! I ordered a mash bowl and 2meal and I got the wrong drink AGAIN!! My mash bowl has a drop of gravy. Barely any mash in the bowl over stuffed with hard chicken and a pinch of cheese...SMFH!!! It's always something with this location!!!

I ordered DoorDash from here and i got the large popcorn chicken combo with a medium Dr Pepper and once i finally got the order , i was givin this empty cup with the food. But the weird thing is that they went out of their way to even seal the cup with nothing inside so basically taking my money since i brought the drink as well. This is horrible and clearly they do not care about the orders or their customers.

Today I had the most terrible experience ever. I came in was respected by the cashier she took my order like any other time. The first problem I had was waiting over 30 mins for my order the cashier assured me there was a wait because the workers were backed up I had no problem during the entire time I was there the manager kept giving me attitude when I asked what was the wait she told me I had to wait for pot pies but even after they were done she didn’t make my order right away. I asked her can she change my family combo because she gave me cold food she had a nasty attitude. She didn’t give me any utensils, or no napkins. She was arguing with one of the employees telling him to clock out as if they were in a relationship very unprofessional. She was giving the cashier attitude because she asked her for change because she couldn’t take orders. I don’t at all like her attitude and don’t think she needs to be working here if she doesn’t like to work. This has been by far the worse experience I’ve come across and would not recommend this location to anyone.

The food is old and stale. The cashiers are rude. Every time I go when I get home my chicken is hard old stale. I'm done. KFC use to taste finger linking good but Popeyes has taken over!
