TERRIBLE customer service not understanding at all upon possible miscommunication with third party apps such as Uber. And it’s only one person specifically I don’t know if she a manager or a regular associate. But I tried to tell her the Uber app doesn’t show names for personal pick ups. Only for delivery and she said I’m wrong and completely ignored me after for no reason. Remind you I remained calm and tried to explain and even offered my Id to show its me and she said no. Completely disregarded me after that. Stood there for about damn near 10 min before she sent someone else who completely understood and gave me my order. I understand fast food on Flatbush is a rough environment, annoying and it was busy at the time. But it could of taken 1 minute for her to understand and see the difference upon the Uber app order number and the store order number instead of her being so disrespectful.

The service is good but it gets packed and busy. However, food is delicious so i dont mind waiting. Na meeeeean.
