people are always screaming at each other for things. It’s unorganized. They make you wait for a long time and still mess up your order. There’s this girl who’s a manager. She has a very loud annoying squeaky voice.

They never once got my order right. When I say no gravy on my mashed potatoes I think they give me extra. And they're always so pushy and rude. Terrible service.

There is always a long line just to order and usually only one person working the counter. But honestly, the most frustrating is that you know you are running low on fries and each time it takes more than 5 mins to make. So why not ask in advance to the staff in the kitchen to make fries? Why have to wait 10 mins in line to order and then another 5 mins for fries. Like come on.. too busy talking. So ridiculous.

The 3 stars is not for the food but for the service. After having to wait for a long time in line I got to the counter and the guy there tells me that he did not receive my order. I showed him the confirmation email and he said "I understand but if I don't get the ticket I can't give you the order" Finally I asked so what should I do? And he had the nerve of telling he doesn't know. If he doesn't know, who knows? After all, the order was already there but he didn't see it. He didn't even apologize. Also, I dont know if it is just today but there is a long line outside.
