I just had to wait almost 30 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken and two sides. Consistently an insanely long wait here. I don’t blame the employees. The franchisee needs to stop being cheap and hire more people behind the register.

WOW KFC WILL LET ANYONE BUY INTO THEIR RESTAURANT FRANCHISE THESE DAYS THE ONE ON BROADWAY AND 232 REALLY IS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT EVER FROM THE MANAGERS TO THE WORKERS. I TRIED TO CALL TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM I HAD BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE PHONE NUMBER DIDN'T WORK AT LEAST THE PHONE AND THE WORKERS HAD THAT IN COMMON WITH EACH OTHER. DON'T EAT HERE
