This place is understaffed and the people seem to have the attitude that its not my job my wife was left sitting in a dirty diaper after knee replacement . Because noone bothered to check on her. The food was awful the only good thing there was the physical therapy people you do not want your loved ones in this nightmare of a facility if i could give zero stars i would

Not even a patient yet and your customer service Admin phone personnel is horrendous. Slang verbage, unprofessional manners and absolutely zero useful information, rude beyond belief. I will definitely NOT be sending anyone to you nor will I ever refer you out. Tip: Try some employee retraining for customer service and behavioral skills. Let’s start there.

This place is incompetent! Have called my case worker 4 times in 4 days Annie with no response about my critically ill loved one, If I could give it no stars I would. This is life and death decisions and no even returns calls,

I want to give Kudos to the following individuals that took care of my mother, Brittney and Brandon. They are very attentive to the patients needs, as I myself am an elder and live in Hollywood, FL. I am not unable to be there for her, and they were helpful with my mothers meals and when I asked them to charge her cell they did, also helped her with the issue of the food cart being place far from her, and when they bring the food in, patients are no notified of the food being there. Therefore the food gets cold, and they are unable to walk to reach the food tray. So they go hungry. Mia the head nurse is super customer oriented as the nurses didn’t want to speak to me as my son was the one that is taking care of my mother. Even giving them the secret code. Thanks to head nurse Mia, I was able to find out what my mother issues were. I also notified her of my mother’s diet as she doesn’t eat red meat or pork due to allergies. The bad experience is the lack of empathy for some nurses, that I tried to reach number times and they didn’t bother to call me back, or answer my calls, I called for two days and spoke to a very professional receptionist Sasha or Tasha, can’t recall very well her name, she was so helpful to walk to nurses station as I didn’t know about my mom for two days. That was the time that I spoke to Mia, As my mother’s friend that visits her often told me that my mother wasn’t bathe in two days. I also called the person that was in charge before you. She never had the decency to return my call. I found out she was leaving, perhaps she was in “I don’t care” attitude. Hopefully things can improve, with you being aware of some of the issues, as most elders like my 93 years old mother, have senior citizens children like myself. I know is hard to take care of elders, as I have gone through the experience with my father in law when I was younger. But for peace of mind when a daughter or son lives far away, a reassuring of the care of a parent is very important, just by answering or returning a phone call. Thank you!

Horrible! The only time these people will talk to me is when they want some money or ins info or if my mother is dying! My mother has been there over a month and 3 times damn near dehydrated and NO DOCTORS WILL CALL ME!! Dispite several requests. Pla

Due to covid-19 they are only letting you visit through the room window, if the nurse is being honest. My aunt went to visit on Friday and was told they couldn't visit cause she didn't have a window in her room but she does. No visits are currently available but food delivery and face time are always options to have a meal together.
