My friend and I went in the drive thru. We are usually very patient with food service because we've both worked in the restaurant industry before. The service was horrible to my standards (which are very low already). The person taking my order was making us feel rushed after ordering only one drink(pretty simple/not a lot of tweaks to it). We ordered four drinks and she only gave us 3 at the window. When we reminded her that we had four drinks, she was a little annoyed with us for letting her know. Also one of our drinks was made completely wrong. Usually my experience at Starbucks is pleasant but this time I was extremely disappointed by the drinks and service at this location. :(

Went to this location at 9 in the morning today. Waited at the speaker box for the longest time waiting for someone to greet me. A line formed behind me as I yelled "Hello?" to no answer. I had enough amd drove up to the window to find no one inside. Had to go find another location, wasting my time, and for no reason.
