It has been a little over 3 yrs that we have lived in Avery Park Apts & i must say that it is a nice community for pet-friendly families with children compared to other nearby apt complexes because they are making a mini playground, it already has a pool, and a gym & dog park are in the making. Also, the maintenance guys are totally awesomeness towards the tenants and their children. Both of the guys are on top of keeping our community clean and safe, you can always spot them with a smile while putting in hard-work. The ladies in the management dept are very professional, kind, and easy to work with! Recently, the leasing office was moved to the front of the complex, which proves that Avery Park Apts are constantly improving and taking the advice of the tenants to create a comfortable environment. We also have a great security team & toe company that keeps a look out for our vehicles, personal property, and amenities. Come check out our community soon!!!

The leasing office staff are very friendly. They have our names memorized and are very personable. I’m very grateful for them. They are always always working on stuff here. They keep it clean and beautifully landscaped. (Which is super awesome!) However, I wouldn’t recommend living here. 1. Expect the pool area to be horrendously loud all summer long. 2. Expect basketballs on the tennis courts as well as dogs. The basketballs will echo throughout your living room. 3. Half of the people living here are disrespectful, unfriendly, disgusting and loud. 4. The tenants regularly need the cops to be called on them. 5. Homeless people sleep and use the laundry rooms as well as anyone who doesn’t live here. 6. Laundry rooms are frequently vandalized. 7. The cabinets are ancient. 8. There’s fleas. 9. Pigeons destroyed our balcony and even though we have spikes, they keep coming back! 10. All of our sinks have been repainted... after a few weeks the paint started coming off. Now my sinks look like I poured dirt and oil into them. 11. The gate is completely pointless. 12. We pay an arm and a leg to live here in addition to parking fees, laundry, insurance and utilities. 13. Whoever put in our carpet did a terrible job.... you can see the zigzag in the carpet pieces. Basically... you’ll be paying WAAAAAAY too much to live here. If the vandals, unsavory characters and troublemakers weren’t here and the cabinetry/sinks/flooring/counter tops were updated $1600 a month for a one bedroom apartment would be... still too much -.- but that’s California for you I suppose.
