Overall a good experience but I found it odd that 2 employees at a western store did not know what a bolo tie was and thusly were not very much help.

This store under new management and is extremely over priced and has horrible customer relations. Bought a pair of boots ($75 more then I could of gotten them for on line) for my wife for a present, unfortunately the boots where a little to small, they where only tried on once and When we tried to exchange them we were told that we couldn’t and that we are stuck with them. We will not be going back to this location.

I love their selection and have purchased my boots and husbands boots from here on various occasions. I rarely leave comments but not providing feedback would mean me keeping what I experienced in store to myself and not warning others... especially woman. I was in store looking at cowboy hats/tejanas and the man working there (possibly a manager) was not directly talking to me but ABOUT me to another female employee. He was vocal about receiving a lot of woman's hats and stating "I don't know why we even have this many of a woman's selection if they don't even buy anything, they just come in here ask to try them on and never end up selling them." The woman coworker just laughed and continued to stock the hats. I was feet away and he was intentionally loud enough for me to hear. I wish I would have gotten his name, he sounded a bit sexist and made me extremely uncomfortable not once did he welcome me or talk to me to see if I needed help. At some point he jokingly said that the tool they use to reach hats would work to "push away" and tell those customers, "get out of here if you're not going to buy anything." Never had this experience & would welcome management to train this individual on better customer service skills before he scares more business away. Thanks!
