I moved into The Park from the East coast at the end of May and my transition was incredibly smooth. Brad P conducted my move in orientation the day before my move and then Cesar the following morning was incredibly helpful in aiding my moving logistics. The staff is very helpful and very efficient. The managers Lakei, Sin, Joseph, and Oscar are very great at their jobs as are leasing and maintenance. The interior is brand new and very tasteful. The overall place is very well maintained and the amenities are abundant. It’s also located conveniently close to promenade, the Santa Monica Pier and beach, as well as a plethora of various shops and restaurants.

Terrible staff. Partner toured. Very uppity and snotty. Not welcoming at all. Completely changed our mind on what might otherwise have been lovely property. Partner felt alienated. Not thrilled myself with overall approach. Happy to have found another bldg to call home. Suggest others keep looking.

beautiful building with really great amenities and high quality materials, but the price is a bit tough given other buildings in SM in this range have ocean views, or at least a city view. Best amenities in SM though.
