My husband and I went in yesterday for an upgrade, one of the representatives told us to wait 15-20 mins and someone will help us. Two customer are being helped at that moment. After 15 mins I stood up and told the staff I already knew which cp i wanted, if someone could help so we can buy it and leave. He told us just few minutes. Then 2 white ladies came in they were greeted by one of the staff and were entertained. After 5 mins I stood up and ask the security who was standing in middle of the store if I can talk to the manager, he said the manager is not available. I told the security we are waiting for more than 20 mins and nobody is coming to help. There was one staff who was walking in and out of the room at the back he was not helping anyone but still didn't come up to help us. I was really disappointed, the 2 ladies were being helped as soon as they got in the store and we're waiting more that 20 mins and nobody bothers to help. Out of frustration we left without buying the phone. Terrible service.

This Verizon store was great. Rashon helped us out with not only adding another line to our plan from another carrier, but also lowered our monthly cost, sold us on a new phone, and made the entire hour and a half or so we spent there a pleasure, Great service, attitude and customer care.
