I have yet to meet the management team at this location. Everything was handled over the phone but I was still welcomed as if I had been there in person. All of the team there are polite, professional and are very knowledgeable on the rates and explaining questions I had. Went to this facility a couple days again and was assisted by a young man named Dave. Was really hesitant about the process as me and my wife just moved to the area and have never used a storage facility before. Dave did a great job of making easing our minds by telling us about the security features of the property and provided with some great tips on how to protect our belongings while it is in storage! Great customer service!!! Now I just wish he could help me move my stuff in lol
