Knowledgeable and professional service! Prior to selecting the items I later had installed, Mike and Chris explained the pro’s and con’s for each item. This consultation saved me from selecting / purchasing items that would have WELL exceeded my price range. I appreciate the candidness and honesty. The staff here is all about the customer. Other shops are all about the dollar. I was made to feel like a human, not a walking wallet here. Once I selected my parts for install, I was provided many options for financing to make my needs a reality. I was then provided a service install appointment well before my projected date. This quick and professional install solidified another life long customer of TNA. Will I be back for further parts and service? Hell yes. This is a great team here. Highly recommended!
