Bought a hamster from here a few weeks ago. Had no idea the hamster was pregnant, was not told anything about it. I asked if the shop would be willing to take the baby hamsters once they were ready to be separated and they said yes. I have taken care of the mom and the babies for the past few weeks now and was going to bring in the babies today but now they told me they cannot and did not offer any help with it either. I know mistakes happen, but this situation was handled poorly. In response to the reply below, I suggest that the shop inspect the hamsters before selling them and properly inform the customer. This would solve your "no space" situation for the future because no one would be accidentally buying pregnant hamsters.

I have been going to this pet store for fish since I was a little child I am now 46 years old I've never really went to any other pet shop but this one or fish after recently visiting some other pet shops in the city I have come to find out Tongs prices are much higher and neighboring pet shops that tanks aren't as clean and the selection of unique fish and scarce some of their tanks look cloudy and dirty just to name a few. I will still stop in to tongs from time to time to see if their selection has gotten better and if their prices have gotten better especially for the African cichlids. What I want good African cichlids I go to Tokyo aquarium on Adams. Great prices great African cichlid collection.

My favorite pet shop! Get all my supplies and pets here. It's a Great family owned and operated stop they treat you like family also. My husband and I shop here 2-3 monthly.

Yes they sale reptiles of all kinds, I actually purchased a African Spurred Tortoise from them a few years ago, which I still have! They also have fish, birds and have connections to purchase other animals, like dogs and cats as well, also carry pet food

I'm not sure whether they do vaccinations for ferrets due to that species being illegal in California. I would look into the Sierra Club since they are/have petitioned to legalize domestic ferrets in California. Hope this helps...

They do but but they do sell fast sometimes just call before going there and the price I think 3 dollars or around there they also have the blue ones and yellow not many no more than 30
they do have a second side with non-aquatic creatures, but not sure what's over there. I think it's mostly reptile but I think I've seen birds there before too.

They carry exotic pets like reptiles & snakes, fish & birds. They could probably give you a reference where to find exactly what you're looking for.

I don't have one personally I have eills and some lobster two ,but if you go to tongs pet shop they have every thing and a regional price believe me it's a good pet shop..
