Pros: Helpful staff, very friendly. A good variety of foods. Cons: The prices are ridiculously high, and I am not comparing them to a big-box store. Some items are double what I would pay at my local small pet store. The variety of foods includes brands that are not at par to the best health of a pet. Parking is almost always not available.

Tailwaggers has me in the system to receive my special order of veg dog food every two weeks. They call me when the order arrives. When my car was in the shop recently, they delivered my order for free. The staff are all animal lovers and super helpful.
