It sould be open it sould never closed u can social dissent on the trail every time I wus there I only past a few on the trail
ZERO CELL SERVICE HERE, nearest tower is blocked by hills & 11 miles away. Every once in a while you can briefly pick up an AT&T signal. NO VERIZON or T-Mobile. Other Wayne campsites - Lane Farm nearer to Marietta on Rt 26, and Leith Run - the larger campground down on the Ohio River, will definitely guarantee you good cell service from your campsite.
